（中央社記者曾盈瑜台北16日電）中國國民黨發言人楊偉中今天說，總統初選領表截止後，如果2人以上登記，就按制度初選，不因人設事。外界關心的防磚條款只是「得」啟動，沒有一定要啟動，要看黨內民主決策。

國民黨總統初選領表、連署下午截止，楊偉中上午在立法院受訪表示，現在有3人領表，如果最後有2人以上登記參選，原則上就初選。即使第一階段沒達30％，還有第二階段，基本上程序應是這樣，當然所有最後決定在中央常務委員會與全國代表大會。1040516
